I pretty much like their pizza! Always very tasty and fresh. I think dominos might be ones of the best pizza seller in town. They also have good prices. I would recommend.
Assumed I’m a scam call right off the bat due to I’m an English speaker tried to call and explain several times it is 2am in but they r open sad to say but this was my worst experience in Quebec
Sadly, I was asked to tip. I find this very disrespectful as this is a fast-food restaurant. On top, it was a take out. When I asked what to tip for, I was told there is a lot of work there. Without getting more into details I just want to say that I am very disappointed. These kind of fast food restaurants should remove the tipping option as there is nothing to tip for. The employee just sells me something and he is paid to do that.
the quality of the pizza at this particular store is problematic. the crust on top was burnt, very dry because not enough sauce. I ordered a six cheese pizza and I don't think there was 2 cheeses in. I will not be ordering ever from that store. J'ai essayé de leur donner une chance mais la qualite de leur pizza n'est pas bonne du tout.
Poor service. I received an email that my pizza was delivered. I called to inquire about my order and the individual said they're busy and it'll come shortly and he hung up the phone. Very rude.
I’ve experienced the WORST customer service ever. The employees are young and inexperienced with no one to supervise. They were very loud and using foul language. My order was 10,34, I gave them 20$ and It took the guy a good 3 minutes to hand me the right amount of change. When I got home....WRONG ORDER. I called them to address the situation and the two gentlemen I spoke with were rude. I finally got them to send me a new pizza, but I waited 45 mins. The pizza was ok. Never going back there again.
Worst service ever. I always get my pizza cold even after they are literally 550 meters away from my house. Never Hot. Every time even I mention in their app that I want pie cut for a large thin crust, they chop it into squares. This was the last time. Even today got the pizza dead cold. Thank God, I have a microwave lol . Their service sucks big time.
Good pizza at good price, BUT, almost always happens that both the app and the tv in the store say my pizza is ready but when i pay i still have at least 5min to wait for it since it's not ready. Also, last time i went, my order wasn't even made ! They said someone left with my pizza and they had to re-do my order... No compensation whatsoever, had to wait another 20min for my pizza at the store...
The service is Good the delivery is very fast .. it's lit bit expensive than other pizza places but the quality is the best and the taste is amazing .. you can check their kitchen and even thier cold room and figure out the quality and freshness of every items every thing is valid for 4 days max and Today i saw them throw a lot of pizza's dough in Garbage because the date of expired was 13 of july for it's only one day expired . the other places use the dough until finish ..for that I prefer pay more and buy my health.
The worst I have been to. My order was placed at 6.07 and they started making my order at 6.40. Worst cashier with attitude. Billed me twice incorrectly. Funny is that she billed 57 cents too cuz she aparently charged me less. Never again dominos. These guys need training on how to handle customers first and drop their darn attitude.
