I have to say this is one of the best Dominoes orders I have ever received. I am from Toronto and very particular about my pizza. The locations in Toronto have never been able to match this! It arrived within 20 minutes of my order and it was piping hot. The pizza and cheesy bread was crispy and melty. The driver was friendly and everything was awesome. This is my 4th time in town for business. If your looking for tasty, fast and hot food, this is the place to go. "Skip" the dishes because they take way too long and just order from here.
Domino’s has the best gluten-free pizza ever!!! They also showed up at my work and dropped off promotional slices, the staff member was knowledgeable, friendly and overall very pleasant. Domino’s is my favourite go to fast food gluten-free pizza, it doesn’t even taste gluten-free. Yumm!
Domino’s is normally pretty spot on and consistent with the exception of this location. Delivery time was much later than estimated and I had to spend about 5 mins on the phone to explain to the driver where I was located after he repeatedly told me he was out the front. Pizza wasn’t cold but was hardly warm when it got here and wasn't prepared as per ordered. Time to give another Pizza shop my business.
Order was wrong and very late. Food was room temperature at best. I called and asked for a refund. I was told they can’t do refunds and the lady on the phone was desperately trying to get me to take more food instead which I did not want. she stated she’d have to call the manager for the refund which I thought was strange because at first they couldn’t do it now she needs the manager. She calls back 2 more times after saying she’d speak to the manager and tried to get me to take food instead of a refund and at this point I was getting pretty aggravated. Finally the 5th call back was the manager who seemed to be able to do the refund in seconds. He wanted to remake my order and deliver himself and when declined the offer he practically demanded that I take it. I’m not sure why he was so demanding I take the food I’m not sure if they were going to tamper with it or the guy just wanted to come get in my face.
Was really good the pizza and marbled cookie brownies are like one of my favorite things to eat and I felt so bad this time cause I was on the phone with work when the delivery driver got here and he was really nice and patient and waited for me to come grab it from him 10/10 service would definitely recommend it's quick and yummy
Service was not as i would have expected for the dominos brand. Probably they will need to be open for longer to get their customer service right. My pizza was burnt around the crust area and some of the pepperoni was blackened around the edges. Poor quality!!
Shot their shot and done. Im originally from Ontario and can say I've never had issues out east. Every time I order from this location I ask for Well done pizza, I don't enjoy eating raw dough and cold cheese, and I personally enjoy a bit of char on my pizza as it adds some flavor. this place doesn't get it, I swear well done to them means 20 seconds. I called and complained, and the manager offered a free pizza with directions on my account for the pizza to be done correct. 12 minutes later I have a cold doughy under cooked pizza at my door,,, back to the phone to call again, this time they seemed to do a bit better as my pizza was at my door in 17 minutes, slightly more well done but still not good.
Ordered a pizza for pick up. I arrived after the quoted time just in case they were a little behind. On their TV showing the status of orders mine said "Ready for pick up" or something to that affect. Just after I pay the employee tells me it isn't ready yet. I'm confused as I look at the TV again to confirm the status. She then proceeds to make my order. I sit and wait patiently as it is being prepared and cooked. No apology or explanation given.
If I could put 1000 stars I would. Their service was amazing, the patience of the woman on the phone while my brother was ordering, the quality of the pizzas, it was amazing. One of the employees helped us bring the chairs outside and was very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely go back if I'm in the area.
I suggest if you want good pizza go anywhere else.
