Friendly team. There was a mix up in my order. They got it resolved with empathy and an apology. The food is as expected from Domino's. Only issue is, not enough toppings added. Ordered a half pepper, half pepperoni and it was practically a plain cheese pizza. Not sure if this is common or just someone training.
Haven't tried there pizza in over 20 years. Still Terrible... Ask for extra cheese. Think I got less than regular cheese. Not happy, never going back. Pizza pizza...
The worst pizza place. An employee never washed his hands, after he took the money when I was ordering pizza. That is very unsanitary and very unhygienic. Before making and handling food, it is always very important to wash hands with soap. I don't like the manager of the pizza place. I will never go back

T.H.E. W.O.R.S.T.!!! I live exactly 1 mile from the Georgetown Dominoes Pizza store. After ordering $60 of food, and delivery, they proceeded to deliver 40 minutes later. I refused cold pizza, sent it back, called the manager to cancel my order and refund me. Will NEVER, EVER use their store again.
Excellent customer service! Tastes great every time! The guy there tonight was so pleasant and gave me my order free because he couldn’t deliver!!!!!
This is our local Domino's in Georgetown, MA. The Team here has changed a lot since opening, but the product has continued to be at expectation and to standard. I enjoy the App which makes ordering and using the current promotions very simple. I also like that they are open until 1am on Friday and Saturday.
Haven't ordered from Domino's Pizza for a long time. Ordered 2 pizzas and a stuffed bread. Minimal amount of toppings on the pizzas---looks like they counted the sausage pieces and stopped at 10. Real surprise was what was under the pizzas and bread: grease. A lot of grease soaking into the box. Pizza itself is not all that healthy for you, but the amount of grease fat added by Domino's makes it really unhealthy. There are other, very good, non-chain pizza places in our area that don't soak their food in oil. And all with competitive prices. Try them, not Domino's.
9 out of 10 times the pizza arrives very quickly and tastes very good. Occasionally it takes a while or it seems like they kind of rushed my order but that doesn’t happen very often. I order from here about once a week maybe once every two weeks and it has only happened a few times. Also the $5.99 deal with the two medium pizzas is an amazing value. I get that almost every time, and it is enough for my whole family for less than $20. Some other local places charge $12 or more for a large that will take 45 minutes to arrive at your house. By the time you have finished paying the delivery guy the ridiculously high price half the pizza is already gone because there is so little of it. But back to Dominos. The app is incredibly easy to use; it takes maybe two minutes if you already know what you are going to get. The delivery drivers are always super nice as well. All I can say is that the pizza is good, the wait time is minimal, and it is very cheap. Keep up the good work Dominos Georgetown Ma!
