This is how my pizza came, half of it is like glued to the bottom, some torn in half, others look like it was stepped on. Come on Dominoes is it that difficult to make a average tasting pizza? Sending back right way and not eating it.
Overall: 4.5* I would recommend this Domino's! We order from them at least 3-4 times per month, if not more, and we are almost always satisfied with their work! Some minor issues like inconsistency with cutting the pizza completely, some slightly weird looking bake's/cuts, and a squished hand tossed pizza have been the worst of what we have seen. The time we got the squished pizza, they immediately replaced the pie, the driver re-delivered it and apologized. Their drivers almost always find our house and follow delivery instructions provided in the app. When picking up orders at the drive thru they are honest about order status and friendly. I personally don't enjoy their new tots because they basically become 1 solid piece of food by the time it is delivered. I would say that in 100 orders they do a great job 50 times, good job 30 times,19 need improvement and 1 below acceptable. Thanks Domino's!

First dominos I ate at that wasn't covered in grease. Stores extremely clean and employees are stoked to be there. 5 stars
Ordered 4 of the new tots. Got what we ordered and they overall were good......BUT they all had charred cheese around the edges....NOT appealing at all.
This has happened twice: I ordered delivery and gave a good tip. Pizza arrived 45 minutes after driver left store. Needless to say it was cold. Don’t trust their delivery.
Ordering inside for carryout, the lady taking our order "misheard" us 3 times, charged us too much, and they took forever. The only redeeming factor is that one of the other employees did his best to make it right, and they have never messed anything up on anything ordered through the app/website.
We ordered from Domino's tonight we are loyal customers we always order I had an incident with the manager and I had still ordered and when I got my pizza there was a sausage chewed up on my pizza when I asked them to come get the five pizzas and reimburse my money they refused to give me the money and kept hanging up on me when I asked for the general manager's name they would not give it to me when I asked for the manager's name they hung up on me very unprofessional these people need to have manners and be more respectful whether I was a loyal customer or not I will never order from them again who chews up food and puts it back on a pizza I have five kids at the house my husband has Crohn's disease if that person had any kind of sickness it could kill my husband
They can't seem to prepare their food correctly. Time and time again the pizza is way too salty. This last time the pasta didn't even have alfredo sauce. That's right. Bare noodles and bare chicken. On top of that they can't seem to set proper expectations. If you're running late to a delivery call and set that expectation. I can't be understanding if I am unaware of what your going through.
An hour and a half later driver shows up with my beverage but no pizza, um its sitting right there at the shop I bet he says well 2 1/2 hrs later nothing still and there closed now Super Sad! Night before last I ordered some pasta ,after 2 hours the online update said delivered. but no one showed till I called they said they delivered it to a wrong address and they would send the driver to go get it and bring it to me. WHAT?
