That was the worse service and delivery that I’ve ever had from this place. I was waiting for more then one hour and forty minutes for my pizza, and I decided to call to the store to hear that they delivered at the mail room of my building, nobody did ring the bell or call me to inform that my pizza was there. It’s completely cold, and the only thing that a manager could to do was said I am sorry. I am really disappointed that was so frustrated. I guess they probably never could to eat a pizza like that.
my order on 11/20/22 too about 2 hours, was cold, some items burnt and one box crushed. Staff was rude/patronizing/dismissive when I called to check, excuse was not a lot of delivery drivers available. If you can't adequately staff for delivery don't offer it.
This place is a joke try to tell me there was no 699 specials and proceeded to try to sell me a 1199 pizza with no toppings..nothing on the counter that shows all the deals for 699.. ended up driving to Holbrook where they treat you like a human being and not rip you off
So I always order from this Domino’s because it’s my local Domino’s and I always seem to have an issue so this is going to be my final straw after paying $53 for three pizzas including delivery two medium pizzas and one large pizza my pizzas arrive one of my pizzas isn’t cut the does raw in the icing on the cake is that it has what looks like maybe a piece of a man’s beard in it some type of short black hair. Then my son comes upstairs his large pizza which was the only large pizza that was ordered simple barbecue chicken just has chicken on it about five pieces of chicken in the whole pizza and no barbecue sauce then they remake the pizza and still cant get it right wheres the pineapple
They're just not answering the phones I'm trying to order this is crazy, very unprofessional fix the times on the site if this is what's going on at the store obviously someone is not intelligent enough to fix the times on Google or answer the phone and flip a pizza
It doesn't matter what you want or how many times you order they will never, ever put more than a smear of tomato sauce on your pizza. You can order extra tomato sauce or extra extra tomato sauce and pay for it but you'll never get more than the back of the spoon smeared on your pizza. The spoon gets filled, the back of the spoon gets wiped on the pizza but what's in the spoon never leaves it.I would assume cheese would cost more than tomato sauce but maybe I'm wrong.
So we got pizza tonight and I'll tell you I will never order from the Bridgewater one again. First and last. Manager was great thank you for making it right. But I'll stick with the Hanson or Rockland one... So ordered from Bridgewater tonite...can't even eat this pizza not even cooked unbelievable....
Regular pizzas are fine, but do not order pan pizza. I ordered two, both came out raw. I asked them to remake the order, which they did, but it was still raw. Not sure what’s causing the issue, but I don’t think anyone cares to fix it. Plenty of other pizza places around.
Don’t bother ordering delivery unless you don’t care how long it will take or cold food. The only good thing is they refunded my order instantly and were kind on the phone. I ordered through the app and it quoted 33-40 minutes 50 minutes later I called and they were waiting for driver to come back to get my food and then bring it to me. :- ordered from Rockland dominos and got it in less than 30 minutes!
This used to be our go-to. They were fast, food was good- but ever since a few months ago, it's been terrible. Food is almost always delayed, sometimes 2.5-3 hours for a couple pizzas. The pan pizza's are never cooked properly and are just a pile of raw dough even with no extra toppings on it. Such a shame because we used to love dominos, but now we prefer frozen pizza to the awful service here.
