Service was great! Showed up less than 10 minutes after placing my order and they had it ready as soon as I checked in. Food was great on top, nothing to complain about. Will definitely be going here more often.
I have been ordering pizza from Dominos for years and absolutely love their pizza, but the Dominos in Gig Harbor off of Point Fosdick Dr. makes the best pizza's you can get. Especially at the price. I generally use the coupon deals and never pay more than $10 for each pizza. Absolutely love this place!
This is by far the BEST Dominos we have ever ordered from. The staff are all friendly and customer focused and the pizzas are outstanding- lots of toppings and great crust!!
The Pizza was good, but the didn't give me all what I ordered and wouldn't deliver the rest of the order. It normally wouldn't be that big of a deal, but missing part of the order has happen several times at this location.
be sure to try their crisp, farm fresh garden salad... generally speaking this place is good and the staff is always courteous and friendly. Not driving 40 minutes for a replacement salad.
“Paul” called himself the Manager of the store I called…. the Domino’s Store near my house where I always use their delivery service. I wanted to tell them that the order, I received was wrong. A male answered. I told the employee that I had 8 Parmesan bites in the box, when the order was called for 16 bites. I assumed that I would be sent the rest of my order, since I had paid for 16. He said his name was Paul. He gave me the run around, saying that I have called the store to many tim0es. He asked my name and then said that in EVERY single order I made …. I had called to their store and wanted to talk to the manager. He said that they have lists of people that call about their order being wrong. And they keep these. This is really interesting. Because, either Domino’s is scared to admit they just made a humanly mistake.….which could be solved easily. It is, so ridiculous. That is being ignorant, Paul. You had better get all your facts straight before you start claiming things… Paul, Employ of Domino’s, supposedly Store Manager …. Mistake #1 You were extremely rude on the phone….You should not ever be rude to customers. They keep your business booming. Mistake #2 You didn’t listen and try to rectify the mistake that was made as quickly as possible…..Always try and get the mistake resolved fast and quietly. Mistake #3 You told me that you have a list of people that call in saying their order was wrong.….Not many customers are going to be happy that you track them, and using older call-in complaints is not treating your customers right. Mistake #4 Did it ever occur to you that the times I have called are, because something in the order was really wrong?…because, every one was exactly that… something was wrong in the order. Rookie mistake…….Paul at Domino’s, Gig Harbor. That means that you are not doing a good job as a Store Manager. I would appreciate if your Regional Manager could give me a call..my #’s in my account here in Gig Harbor and the one in Hawaii , Oahu, Mililani Mauka. Our family were very loyal customers. Until now. Paul, Thank you. You lost a big family with friends….
We order from here a few times a month and orders have always been accurate and delivery quite quick. Good quality as well.
We come here regularly and have always had a good experience. Meets every standard that Dominos sets and has a great staff.
Not the best pizza but consistent. Value is there. If it was more expensive I would go elsewhere
These guys at the Gig Harbor location are great! Always friendly! Always great service, never a problem. I'm sure if there ever was an issue they'd resolve it quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend this location! Y'all are appreciated!
