Best pizzas in NOTL. I like their pizzas and service. This Domino's outlet is generally very good. However, occasionally they burn my thin crust from the edges. I wish they could improve their quality check.
Been going here for over 5 years. I don’t know if the management was changed but there is now a huge difference in service and pizza taste. Service standards have fallen and the pizza is now below average. At first I taught it was a one time thing but it isn’t. I failed to eat the pizza after a bite. The pizza standard, taste, presentation and quality now seems to be a thing of the past.
I had a good experience at this location. It was a bit of a wait as they might be understaffed there were only 2 employees working there when I ordered, not including the delivery drivers but they made a very good Crunchy Thin Crust. Will come here again when visiting NOTL
Great service. Delivered to one of the cottages from the prince of wales hotel. Pizza was fresh and the delivery person was very friendly

Pizzas used to be better. Last two times I ordered for pick up the pizzas were below beverage.
So we ordered a pizza and chicken bbq bits on two separate occasions. And the chicken and cheese was way over done both times. Call again and basically make the same order. We get our order close to a hour later and instead of a getting a small cheese pizza we receive an order of garlic bread instead. I called back and all I was offered was $5 off my next order. I confirmed the original order three times. I will never be ordering from this location again. I hope the owner of this location reads these reviews.
The large veggie pizza I ordered had uncooked veggies on top. It seemed like they were thrown on the pizza after it came out of the oven. Not a great experience!
Order 2 pizzas over the phone , girl on phone repeats order back messed up two toppings on a two toppings pizza so I corrected her reading it back. Arrive and take them home and find still messed up the order. Call back offer to bring the pizza back told to keep it and they'd remake the messed up one for me . Arrive and then they break the seal on the new pizza and realize they messed that own up as well, only to ask if I'd accept it knowing they messed that one up as well . To top it off they charge me for that one as well so now I have two messed up large pizzas and paid for both. Disappointed in the performance and lack of effort. Will be contacting head office this is just sad
Love the deep dish! Always friendly and fast reliable service. Unfornunate but inconsistent between locations. If i ask for no cheese it doesn't mean replace it with provolone. Lol
