In my experience, this Domino's seems to struggle with properly cooking their pizzas, regardless of the baking instructions given. Even when requesting a well-done pizza, they still come out doughy and undercooked. It's frustrating to have to deal with a subpar meal when ordering from this location. I would advise anyone looking for a perfectly cooked pizza to look elsewhere, as this Domino's seems to consistently fall short in that regard.
Had a coupon for a free pizza that clearly stated on the coupon that it could be used anywhere in Quebec with no location restrictions, nor expiration date. This dominos did not accept it saying we needed to go to a different dominos which made absolutely no sense. This forced us to drive to another dominos on Curé Labelle that took it no problem, asked no questions and were extremely nice. Extremely disappointed by the service I received. Very unprofessional on their part.
Good pizza altho at times the vegies are just thrown in one spot and the sauce can be uneven. This would happen once every 5 or so orders. I order 1-2 times a month. Service is generally quite fast.
Delivery man made a mistake… Was late… Brought cold pizza and charged 15% tip without asking… Really bad experience…
The pizza is good and yes sometimes mistakes happen. But enough is enough with asking for more than 5$ tips they want 15% on the orders cmon if we order for 60$ twice a week your going to ask 15% everytime. How dare you guys ask people for that 5$ for a 1.2 km delivery i think is very good
This place should be getting a 5 star But they have forced square cut pizza on me multiple times. Not once not twice not three times not four times nor 5 times nor six times, this includes the owner him self. He said yea they did it like that its not a big deal just take it. When I am in a hurry and very hungry I have to fill my gut. when cx orders online instore pick-up the instructions are printed, shouldn't I be getting free pizza or a we apologize if you take this one we will give you a coupon for a free pizza. None of that... The food has been ok. Yes they put too much or not enough but I can compromise as long it tastes ok. Yes once or twice it wasn't that great but have to fill your stomach when your hungry haha Again they should get 5 star if they do it ok and follow the instructions of how I want my pizza. Same owner owns the one on Avenir the mamager there is fantastic never made any mistakes like 0 in the past 6 years. Avenir is 40mins drive and back from my house and this one is 8mins
Terrible delivery guy was so rude, he called me once but my phone was on mute. I apologized 3 times saying I didn't hear my phone. He ORDERED me to answer next time I order at Domino's 'cause he didn't want to wait outdoor. Gave him 15% for the trouble and now he decides to change his attitude. Wow.... Lost my appetite..
My family and I have always drived an extra mile to come to this specific dominos because they put more sauce than the others. This dominos taste better than the other dominos near my house.
No complaints - good service - good website - not in love with paying for delivery but when you pay 7$ bucks for a medium what can you say. Its not old style pizza - its fast food pizza but its better than 10 years ago. I just wish drivers would wear gloves when helping cooks assemble pizzas during rush hour. But now with PIZZAPIZZA almost next door- watch out !!!
I was redeeming a free pizza after a few purchases and staff told me that they had cancelled my order. I asked why and they said that I would have to prove my purchases even though I had done everything through their app. I popped up with my emails and staff was just very rude about making me my pizza. I mentioned that a heads up call or email would have been nice but I was told that that's the protocol
