I've never had any bad experiences with them. The staff is professionnel,friendly and polite. It's clean and there is no strong nail polish smell. The owner is nice and she always greets me by my name, and big up for my technician Theany she does an awsome job.
It was my first time there and I had such a good experience. I was very happy with my nails, it’s exactly what I wanted. I totally recommend this place, they’re really good.
Love this place. My nail technician is Lan, she is amazing. She is very gentle and pays close attention to details. I am always happy with my nails.
I want in for a gel overlay on Sunday and unfortunately by Monday the nail was already peeling. I called them and they were courteous in trying to fix it which I do appreciate. However Wednesday I went to get my nail fixed it is now Friday and the same thing happened. Their customer service is good but the quality of the polish not great especially for the price their charging.Services: Dip powder
Honestly it hurts my heart have to give a bad review because this was one of my favorite places for manicure. Honestly the girls on the back who do their job mostly all of them are amazing and very professional. My complain is with the costumer service. The girl in the front, I have no idea is she is the owner, was a completely rude and disrespectful actitud, and the color guy was also very disrespectful the last time I went there. The thing is, I made a mistake and I took completely responsibility on this, also offer apologize and they were just rude, disrespectful, and one of the worst experiences in costumer service the I ever had. Not getting in details but for sure I never coming back. If you looking for a cheaper place but when probably you gonna be treated awful and you don’t mind that, this is the salon. I’ll prefer pay more but go to a place where I feel safe and respected.

I went to have a shellac manicure and regular pedicure, I had a gift certificate for 95$ , I did notice that there is no price list on the website; which is weird but the cancellation policy is there with the fees. Upon arrival, the place was busy but I was taken not long after. Everyone was friendly and nice, I did enjoy the service and the job they did, I was not certain that a sterilize manicure set was used? When I went to settle the bill, the girl at the desk informed me that both services cost the total of the 95$, she informed me that I was charged an extra 5$ to remove the shellac on my hands bc it was not put on by their salon? I was flabbergasted by this? I said let me speak to the manager and she informed me that she was not there and would call me, I am still waiting, I was really disappointed about this unfair surcharge? This is a deterrent for a new customer and makes no sense, Now I know why they don’t have a price list on line?? It’s too bad bc I would not return there for any reason. I did leave a tip for both workers who did the job, The world is experiencing high cost of living but to surcharge unnecessarily; is wrong, I do hope that extra 5$ did them well, so be warned if you go in with shellac and it’s not done there, you will be charged to remove it, ask about their price before having service done,Services: Pedicure
I got acrylics done a month ago and they were perfect, none of them fell off and they looked beautiful. But I went back to get the acrylics removed and get shellac put on my natural nails and the nail polish wasn’t really well applied, there were streaks on my nails. On top of that, the next day they were all chipped, I’m really disappointed... So if you go here make sure to ask for a nail tech that you know is good. The pictures I added are the day after I got them done.
I great choice for a simple manicure or some amazing designs! Ive been going here for over 3 years and no other place can compare to the quality! The owner is wonderful and the staff are always there to make sure all is perfect for you. The girls are very talented and some have specialties with their designs, plenty of options! They do the job properly and not rushed. Highly recommended!
LOUSY JOB & HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Frankly speaking, people that gave good reviews to this place haven't tried better, as you can see in the pictures I'm posting the manicure is not clean around the nails, not to mention that some corners where filed rounded and other squares, length of nails not the same and not smoothly filed over all. BESIDES THE LOUSY JOB, I got into an argument with whom I guess was the owner blond Asian girl because I went to get a simple manicure shellac, but she kept on telling me that what I currently have on my nails is bio gel, so she wanted to do a refill + manicure shellac. I disagreed that I had bio gel and even called my regular manicurist who is on a vacation to ask if it was bio gel, it wasn't. Instead of listening to what I have to say she kept on telling me that I NEED TO UNDERSTAND that I have bio gel. Logically speaking there's no reason neither for me or my regular manicurist to lie about what was on my nails. However, I decided to do a regular manicure shellac and WOW, what a lousy job see pictures. Even when I went to pay she kept on telling me very rudely that I need to understand that there was something on my nails that was not shellac, it was simply a thicker coat of shellac base... regardless, I don't have the energy to argue with a stubborn person, so I told her I would like to pay and go because let's be honest, when you get a lousy job done at a hair or nails salon - all you want to do is pay and get out, she got furious and started yelling at me "EXCUSE ME!!! EXCUSE ME!!" I had to tell her that her customer service is just BAD, she got even more mad and kept on yelling "EXCUSE MEEEEE!" as I'm walking out of the place obviously after paying Do not recommend this place at all!
