Store is relatively organized but has little regard for accessibility and perhaps even fire safety. Blocking off several aisles with loss of boxes. The photos I got were from aisles I actually COULD fit through, every other aisle had too many boxes stacked for me to get through with a stroller, spiking concern for anyone in a wheelchair or with another mobility device. Service is questionable; I’ve asked for help locating something more than once and felt like I was the biggest burden the employee had ever encountered. I also was given looks when trying to manoeuvre around the boxes rather than an apology or any sort of empathy or assistance. Staff at the cash seem annoyed I’d you don’t use self checkout my specific purchase was not possible at self checkout. Overall staff just seem miserable, there is little regard for the impacts of leaving stacked boxes in aisles without pushing them towards the shelves. Many items are stocked in a visibly incorrect area. Parking is plenty, easy to access and unpaid. Store is average-sized.
I recently had one of the worst experiences ever at [Grocery Store Name]. From the moment I walked in, it was a disaster. First, the place was a mess—aisles were cluttered with boxes and half-unpacked products. It was impossible to navigate without tripping over something.nnThen, I made the mistake of asking an employee for help finding an item. The guy was downright rude, barely acknowledged me, and just pointed in some vague direction before walking away. Talk about terrible customer service!nnWhen I finally found what I needed, I noticed that several of the items were expired or close to it. How can a store sell expired products? It's gross and unacceptable.nnAs if things couldn't get worse, the checkout process was a nightmare. There were only two cashiers working, and the lines were ridiculously long. When I finally got to the front, the cashier was slow and seemed annoyed to be there. To top it off, they didn't even bag my groceries properly, leaving heavy items on top of delicate ones.nnI will never set foot in [Grocery Store Name] again. They seriously need to get their act together. Clean up the store, train the staff properly, and make sure the products are fresh. Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
The self checkout option is absolutely horrendous. It’s instructions are unclear and it keeps requiring some staff member to log in. There is a lady who works there who has zero respect for customers. She dropped one of my candles and they tried to charge us for it. They are understaffed and chaos ensues with the lines being way too long. I think the lady is the manager but she definitely needs to be fired.
Only 1 cashier and self checkouts not designed for scanning items they sell. Spent several minutes trying to scan a laundry basket only to have the scale freak out once I did. Better value at stores like Walmart if you value time at all.
Staff member there is always miserable and not helpful at all. Wish I had their name because they should be fire or sent for sensitivity training because it's pathetic how this person still has a job.
