It's great when you need to pick up a few things like gift bags and wrapping paper! Love checking out what they have when they change it up for holidays and different seasons!
Been a few times recently, staff do not know what's in their store and won't leave what they're doing to help look for anything. 3 diff staff told me 3 diff aisles for one item which they didn't carry.
Went into the store 5 minutes before they closed to grab some quick chocolates. Then the lady came over and told us to get out because they were closed. Very rude as well. Other times I've gone in and the line up for the cash is huge meanwhile there's tons of other employees in the store but only one person on cash. Not happy!!
Just went through the cash and was pretty disappointed in the customer service. I went up to the cash and said 'Hi, how are you', and I didn't even get a response because the cashier was so busy chatting to her coworker. She barely looked at me through the whole transaction as she chatted to the coworker next to her, then handed me my receipt and turned her back to me to continue her conversation. I felt very disregarded. The ironic thing was that she was talking about how long she's worked in customer service....
Excellent service and very friendly staff. I would give them 10 stars.
