Bad service, the manager does not want to replace the prepaid credit card which is defective. I purchased a $25 joker Visa prepaid credit card from Dollorama at 165 boul St-Madeleine in Trois-Rivières, on July 15, 2024 at 3:34 p.m. What an inconvenience to have to debate as a customer, with multiple calls between the store who tell me; we can do nothing; and the jokercard information center which tells me; to go to the store, because the card has not been activated. Really disappointed with the service.
Before everything was $1, then it was $2, $3, now it's $4 and $5....I've reduced my visits and orders online on sites like TEMU and the prices are better and delivery is free.
