I visited your store on Tuesday around 5 p.m. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the behavior of a cashier. Instead of taking orders and serving customers, he was on his phone, talking loudly.nnMeanwhile, other customers were waiting without being served. I found this attitude disrespectful and unprofessional. Customers should be the priority.nnI urge you to review this situation to ensure that this type of behavior does not happen again. Thank you for your attention.
Doesn't open on time, ignores customers while chatting, closes the self-checkout lanes but counts his own till 30 minutes before closing time in front of us before charging us. Truly the most unpleasant Dollarama.
