I didn't like when I was trying to bag the items I just purchased, staff was already serving the next customer. Can you give me a few more seconds!? You only gave me a second to put my debit card back in my wallet. I understand the clientele in that area but tell them you need a few more seconds. Do you guys get a commission for the # of customers you served? So customer service only gets 3 stars. At least she said Hi...I think.
The usual dollar store, always have some value for money products.nNo self checkout counter yet, but will have one in the future without choice.nHalloween aisle fully stocked and ready.n- only laggard is no return policy, which is basically a company policy. Agreed, but if the product is defective? n- could not find GRAPH PAPER and -the crab leg cracker Betty crocker section. Have to settle with a nut cracker maybe

He's always eager to render assistance and does it with willingness, courtesy, professionalism and has a good knowledge of products.nnIt's such a pleasure to see him on the floor engaged in his duties and at the same time multitasking with a smile, to help customers with enquiries.nnDespite the high traffic in this store, James goes about his work oblivious to pressure!nnThank you James, for always helping customers with such courtesy and warmth.
The so called store manager is very rude , Definitely needs some training on how to treat customers well.With her body language and her expressions it feels like she's doing a favour coming to work.I have had multiple instances where I have experienced this ..Staff is busy in Thier own work and are not helpful.A smile doesn't cost you anything and its important you wear it especially when in customer service roles
First of all I'd like to say you guys don't carry half the things the other dollar stores do and the main reason I'm writing this review is because one of your Cashiers got called up to do cash and when I came to her till she was grumpy looking didn't smile didn't say hi didn't say bye she didn't beg my stuff for me where other cashiers do beg the stuff for you and I thanked her for doing that just being a sarcastic person I said thanks for begging my stuff and she just completely ignored me she was very rude and I'll never come back to the store as long as she's working
