I was there tonight and a young blonde employee was completely rude and unprofessional with the Indian employee. I wanted to say something but I was caught off guard. She walked away quickly. It takes very little energy to be kind respectful to your fellow co worker.
My vent for today. Went to the dollarama on Dundas. Bought 14 items was charged for 17 items. While the cashier was scanning my products asked me to get another chocolate bar because that one had no scanner, ok; however as I went to get another bar my vibes told me she was up to something. She asked me if I wanted the receipt, yes please. Went back to my car triple checked my items with receipt. Went back to the store and I was polite. Told her you double charged me for a few items. She was very argumentative and wouldn't admit she made a mistake I went to find the manager, told her my situation and how rude she was but what really bothered me is she was not apologetic. The managernwas extremely nice checked my parcels and compared them to the receipt. She then apologized which would have been more exceptable if the cashier did. My blood was boiling, I cannot stand when people will not admit they were wrong. Boycotting this dollarama. P.S they owed me $13, I was refunded. Please keep your receipts and double check. When I was driving away everyone that came out of the store was looking at there receipts due to my frustrations.

Always a convenient place to grab everyday essentials. Good prices and quick service.
Good store.clean and well stocked. This is adjacent to Foodland. Homeless congregate occasionally but they are asked to keep away from entrance.
