This is a big store with an easy lay out. The kitchen and crafting sections are huge and I love the seasonal stuff they get in too! I like that it's in the Centre so I can get other stuff done too!
Big guy cashier was rushing me at checkout, wouldn't let me take a pause when he asked about bags. He should work on his customer service skills. Otherwise, store is okay.
Customer Service was non existent today. Cashier refused to bag my purchases. I asked cashier if customers now bag their own purchases and her response was depends on the cashier. I asked to speak to manager and was informed by another cashier she was the key holder on duty! When I was talking to the other cashier she was in the back ground complaining how much she hated her job and how she should quit. Don’t care who u are but should not be doing this in front of customers. If I was manager she would be fired on the spot.But was told to call on Monday and speak to the person who manages store!
I just wanted to give a huge shout out to one of the staff at the dollar store at the corral center!! Sandra is amazing! She is very kind and helpful and goes above and beyond for customers.. Big shout out to Sandra thank you for your help today with all of with all of my items.
Tammy is absolutely amazing, always smiling, friendly and ready to help find anything you need!
