Very convenient location and very pleasant staff whom will help people find the items they are searching for and even offer up to call another store to see if the item you are seeking is available at a location close by. I am very impressed with the tidiness of their store and they are also diligent on making customers feel safe in their location. I was very impressed with their ability to band together and observe the staff, ensure that while an elder visited their store they assisted in making the elder got her shopping done with staff assisting in her shopping experience. 2 thumbs up to you and your staff.
Really polite staff, not as much collection as other dollaramas but still has all the essentials. I go here every other day and haven’t had a bad experience:
Drove into Hamilton to go for a walk around the bay We forgot our leashes for our dogs and at 8 in the morning weren’t left with much choices. . We came across this location being open and drove there. They had a decent pet section and were able to purchase two dog leashes . The service at the counter was was quick and pleasant Thank you for saving our trip to Hamilton
Lady was nice when I purchased 20 one litre pepsis and was super surprised that I brought 20 pepsis I told her I wanted 20 Pepsi because nofrills didn't have the pop on sale she smiled and I left the store with my purchases the security guard wasn't rude when I called him boss
I just left the store 15 minute ago, due to the rude security guy. I abandon my merchandise and leave with angry.nThe store wasn't busy at all when I was there, and I was working on my mobile phone and searching for an answer. The security said the store is for shopping not for browsing, then I show him the merchandise which I am holding on hand and said : am I shopping? He replies that I am taking too long to shop! nThis is the first time in my life with this.nI would never and ever come back to this store again.
