Cashier was rude. She did not say hi, did not say how much the total was and did not say thank you. A worker was calling out to her in another language while she was serving me. She slammed my change onto the table, being visibly annoyed. 0/10 for customer service
Got my purse stolen right from our locked vehicle in an open public parking lot. Someone withdrew 600$ in 3 gift cards from this store and the staff had absolutely no clue how it happened. We drove in 15min later after discovering what had happened.nFive people were starring at us at the counter just to call their manager. 30min after useless waiting period that we could spend on identifying the thief, they simply told us that their manager finally won’t come and that we need to file a report .nVisited a police center right after where they told us that Dollarama staff is obliged to verify a person’s id and the name on the credit card before activating a gift card. That obviously never happened.nnGot a refund from the bank, but as a company that wants to prevent such losses in both income and reputation, please train your staff properly.
Great people , polite friendly and always willing to help find an item or answer any questions pertaining to a product! Surprised that a strawberry plant with the seeds in a pouch actually grew ! Excited to have berries soon took about 3 months before anything started to grow and now they are thriving
Make sure you read the fine print on your receipts, guys. Items at Dollarama are no exchangeable and no refundable, even if you bought the item wrong… whether you have opened the item or not.
