Dollarama on Highbury Avenue is a great place for everyday essentials at unbeatable prices. Most items are under $5, and the variety is impressive—you can find everything from kitchenware to snacks and daily household needs. The store is well-organized, and I often stop by whenever I need quick, affordable items. Definitely a budget-friendly shopping spot!
My husband visited the store and he asked if they have safety pins and the store associate replied she didn't know he has to check! I mean how come she is working at the store if she doesn't even know they have the items customer is asking for! I am sure associates restock the items so she must know! And she was purposely doing billing slowly, when asked to be bit faster she replied so rudely than he was being rude when she absolutely have no rights to talk loudely to customer! And then a guy joined her when we asked her name and he told us his name is Kevin when we clearly did not asked his name and were talking to the woman on cash counter. They have zero responsibility of the work they are doing and zero customer service skills.
Worst store , went today and asked for help to find something perticular…she an indian girl just keep directing me to the isle number like are you serious…..i told her if she can help still directed me isle no , worst customer service
Yesterday evening we visited the Trafalgar and Highbury location. We bought many things for my daughter's year end trip. Two things in particular were a portable charging block and a charging cable. Somehow the cashier didn't place these items in our bag because when we got home they weren't in the bag. I'm not quite sure if this was done on purpose however I find it interesting that these were the only two electronic items in the whole purchase and they weren't placed in the bag. I will be inconveniently be checking my bags before leaving this store from now on
Great options. I like the Xmas decorations.
