I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of items at this Dollarama compared to a few other locations I’ve been to. The shelves were well-stocked with a wide range of products — from household essentials to snacks, stationery, and seasonal items. It felt a bit more organized and better maintained than most. Prices were as expected, and overall, it made for a convenient and satisfying shopping experience. Would definitely come back.
****Bad Experience at Dollarama this location****nnI went shopping at your store around 8 PM and spent almost $400. The man at the cashier was very rude. He threw my items when checking them out. Some of the items were food and breakable things like a coffee mug. He did not handle them with care.nnHe was not wearing a Dollarama uniform, so I am not sure if he is a manager or staff.nnPlease train your staff to treat customers with more respect.
Just bought some solar lights for fence , 2 seconds later, I went to my bfs truck and he said wrong ones, they said no exchange or return so I gave them back for free as they are not useful to me , hope the cashier enjoys them . This was all within 60 seconds .nWill never shop there again.
Update Sep 2022: THEY FINALLY HAVE A SELFCHECKOUT INSTALLED!nnI recently went to this location. I was busy picking items up and figured I needed a basket. I went on roaming around the store and finally checked out. When I got in my car, I noticed my phone was missing. I rushed back to the store and started looking for my phone from the aisles I went into. The staff noticed me and asked what was wrong and told her I missing my phone. She immediately offered to help and tried to ring my phone. Another staff came in and she mentioned that she might have seen a phone by the cashiers drawer. I described her and it matched the phone and they gave it to me. Thank you to them for being really helpful and going above and beyond of their regular duties.
