Yesterday afternoon at around 3pm. I was at the cashier. This lady who is probably around her 50-60s, wore a black shirt with glasses big build. I had set aside 3 items that I wasn't going to purchase. She was very prudent about me setting things aside that. I've never had this type of experience in retail before especially here at this store. She wasn't even nice about it, I responded back to her telling her my daughter is 3yrs old she may not understand it yet, if you don't have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all. Ive never asked your opinion or help. You are extremely rude for giving unsolicited advice. She goes off saying I wasn't rude, if I rude I can be mean about it. Im juast doing my job. She storms off.nnI am absolutely disgusted by her poor customer service and people skills. If this is who they hired to work in retail they made poor judgment on this Caucasian lady.
The manager off this branch Angela is by far the most rudest lady I have ever come across. Very disappointed. Even other staff behind me knowledged her rudest, told me to ignore her and shook their heads in disgust. She is awful. She should not be working out front, or even with people to the point she clearly doesn’t care and makes people leave her store feeling worthless. Just an awful rude person.
The staff is so friendly, and the store is well organized and always stocked and clean.
The buttons for wheelchair accessibility on the doors do not work, and haven’t for a very long time
