I go to this store often, but the customer service is consistently disappointing. Today I witnessed staff refuse a mother access to the bathroom for her young child, while the kid was crying and saying his stomach hurt and he urgently needed to use the washroom. The response they gave was, “Too bad, go to the Metro across the street.”nThat level of lack of compassion was honestly shocking to witness. Basic human decency should come before store policy. Not to mention I've used the bathroom here before so it seems to depend who is managing that day either way it's disgusting to see.
Very disappointed with the service. The manager or supervisor Sophie was very rude. I had to go through the rubbish bin to be able to get the receipt of an item that had a screw defect. The lack of costumer service, friendliness, and everything associated with working with the public, left me speechless. I strongly suggest the company investing in some customer service training.
Helpful lady at cashier. Rang me up and kept my stuff till I brought my bags from the car. Meanwhile, she served the next client too. Great service.
Bought always toys for my son.. reasonable price
Love this store! Extremely clean, they have everything at great prices!!
