Dollar Wise Quality Cleaners

Took my winter jacket in to be cleaned before the season comes and they lost it. After months and months of trying to get a hold of a manger they offered to give us money for the lost jacket. Searched through years of receipts to find it and they only gave us less than half of what it was worth. Very disappointed with how this location runs, not sure if other locations run better or differently but I definitely will never bring something important or non replaceable to this location ever again.

I brought in a winter jacket to be cleaned. I pointed out where the stains were on the jacket that needed to be cleaned. I had to pay when I dropped off the jacket. When I picked it up the stains were still there and they said there was nothing that could be done for me. Since I had already paid they didn't care to fix the problem.

The customer service here is AWFUL. I brought in a suit to be cleaned in the early morning to and angry and surly clerk who rolled her eyes at me a whole bunch. I paid for a rush on it and despite my receipt saying that the suit would be ready at 4:00 that day, when I arrived at 5:20, my suit wasn't there. The same lady was working (I don't know how her shift was that long), and she again seemed upset with me that I dared to ask about my suit. I left and, at dinner, I got a very abrupt voicemail saying "Your clothes are ready" and a slam on the phone. Not sure what I paid for on that rush, but you can be sure I won't ever go back. I'm also telling anyone with ears to never go there, since the staff seem so disinterested in having business.
