This is a great Dollar Tree location, especially when it has all that space. This store has a lot of unique items you cannot find at most grocery stores as well. If you are in the downtown area, I would check this store out.
So I had called to ask if they carried a certain item, and not only did they not understand what I was saying, but the person they passed the phone off to, hung up on me!!!! Personally, if you want to keep repeat customers, you probably should NEVER hang up on them when they're trying to explain something!!! And of course, when I called back, they intentionally wouldn't answer the phone! Over 100 times This is NOT acceptable in ANY business!!!! Who runs this place? It should be shut down, or only hire people that have customer service skills!nI'll be taking this to head office! What a total disgrace!
This location is probably the cleanest and most organized Dollar Tree I’ve ever been to. Larger and more open layout seriously puts the other branches to shame. Very nice shopping experience for a dollar store.
I was at the dollar tree in Abbotsford on essendene Avenue, I lost my wallet there and the staff helped to find it. I would stay the staff is well trained and very helpful to the customers. Also, I gave 5 star for the customer service and cleanliness of the store.
You come in the front doors and to the left you can get balloons to the right goodies candies treats it's absolutely an Eclectic version of everything you need and want. The staff are very friendly and courteous and for those of us that don't know where the microwave popcorn is they know exactly where it is. It is so refreshing going into a store asking for help and actually getting the help. It's also refreshing to have the variety available at a very reasonable price. In fact I have my date night goodies for under $4.50. Thank you Dollar Tree.
