I had an unpleasant experience at this Dollar Tree location. I asked the cashier for a bag, and while it's understandable if she didn’t hear me the first time, the situation escalated unnecessarily. When I politely asked for a bag again, she insisted that I hadn’t requested one. I calmly explained that I had and even offered to pay for it, yet she continued to argue with me instead of just resolving the issue. To make matters worse, she proceeded to inform the next two people in line about the situation, which felt unprofessional and unnecessary.nnI patiently waited for the bag, and when she finally handed it to me, I again offered to pay, but she refused. Her attitude throughout the interaction was rude and condescending, making the entire experience uncomfortable. Customer service should be about helping, not arguing or making the customer feel embarrassed. This was disappointing, and I hope management addresses this issue to improve their service.
Huge line up for regular cash out but all of the cashiers are blowing balloons.
Most items are $1.25 with some exceptions. The items are cheaper than dollarama but also come in less quantity. For example,Velvet hangers are 2 for $1.25 compared to 4-5 for $2-2.50 depending on the colour at dollarama. I was able to find some nice items for my kids. Service was ok. Store not too busy. I would recommend.
A spacious corridor, friendly staff, and stunning porcelain, all of these are what you wouldn't typically find in a dollar store
Clean and organized store. Plenty parking at the plaza. Great selection of party items and many great deals for shoppers. Good customer service. Staff was friendly and polite.
