The lady who served me at the Bonaventure store last week was very rude. She also had a cough and didn't bother to put her arm in front of her mouth when she was almost choking while putting my cupcakes in the box. Dissapointed.
Best Gelato I've ever had, could not rate the location I had found by accident in a building centre in downtown Montréal so I'm rating this one. Friendly service will try to find again on next visit.
I go to the Bonaventure location regularly for coffee and to pick up cupcakes. Great products, great staff.
