Had an awful experience that culminated in the owner threatening libel litigation against me because I posted a negative but truthful review of their business. 

Will never do business here again, will not recommend this business to anyone and will not be shy in detailing my experiences to anyone that reaches out to ask.

Susan is just a wonderful persons and she and the staff are great with the animals.  I WOULD RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE.

Took my Pomeranian in to get a trim and instead they completely shaved him. Looks horrible and uneven and they still charged us full price. My dog was traumatized by this experience and did not stop shaking for days afterward. Would not recommend anyone to bring their pets here.
