Slow service, un professional staff, extremely long wait times. Dr Ahmed is a joke told me I had a simple flu turned out to be strep. They were late by 3 days to call me with the results and give me a prescription. This was all confirmed with when the actual results came in and when the prescription was written.  These people have no empathy towards patients. If you require service go else where. Even Calgary would be better considering the drive.

Terrible experience. i went there this morning so sick sat there for AN HOUR and they didnt take a single person in. no wonder they have a sigh at the front saying they dont know an estimated time youll get a doctor because the doctor didnt take any patient. Ive never been somewhere so ridiculous. 3 people a ahead of me said theyve been waiting over 40 mins previous to when I got there. also, the front desk lady was a complete snot. super unprofessional

No one was at the reception when i reached there. Someone came after half an hour and started checking in the first patient they saw who ideally came after a few of us. The staff was not professional at all, especially the guy at the reception. Rooms very not very clean. Plus I was amazed when the male doctor asked me to pull up my dress to listen to my lungs, I was not even wearing a thick dress, and was very embarrased to pull it us as I was wearing tights underneath which would have been see through. Never going back there.

I saw doctor Naveed Ahmed.. I waited 3 hours to see this doctor and he would not give me my injection!! He said he was not comfortable. I never had this experience ever!! This was a total waste of my time... What kind of doctor is not comfortable giving an injection! I was not able to receive my medicine that week... Not a good doctor!!!

We practically walked right in - no wait at all! The team at the front had us laughing and at ease. This is my new go-to clinic. Professional and skilled staff.
