I was surprised to read the bad reviews of this place. It's the easiest specialty pharmacy I've ever used. I'm upstate, and have never been to the physical location, but Bruce is really friendly on the phone and always gets my fertility drugs to me on time even when it's last minute. They're packed well and arrive cold when necessary. Using this pharmacy has taken a lot of stress out of the IVF process.

Bruce has gone above and beyond. Absolutely recommend Dobbs Ferry Pharmacy to anyone, always friendly and the best customer service I’ve ever experienced from a pharmacy. Thank you Bruce!!!

If there was a way to give it less that one star I would! I don't even have to write a review. Just read the previous review. They said it all!! If you are looking for a pharmacy to fill your fertility medication I highly recommend Apthorp Pharmacy on the upper west side. They are very helpful and were even less expensive than this dump!!!

I can’t thank Bruce and Steve enough! Wonderful, informative, and helpful. They went out of their way to replace our fertility meds after they were lost. Wonderful customer service.
