I rarely leave reviews, but DNS deserves accolades for their phenomenal service! Any time we contact their helpdesk to get assistance with setting up new accounts, resetting passwords, and navigating the tech world in general they are on top of the request in minutes!! For a small business that does not have an IT department, I put huge value on our partnership with DNS. It feels like they're right here in our own building! Way to Go!!
This is a company with exemplary customer service. Very happy with DNS Networks. Efficient quick responses from tech. support - always follows up our inquiries with a response ticket. Their prices are the best I've found. Great new file sharing system directly linked from my email software which Tech support helped me set up easily -- they've done a great job all around! Very satisfied. We highly recommend working with DNS.
