DN Nail&Spa

This last July I took my sister in for a pedicure for her birthday. I was also getting a pedicure and french tips done. We waited about 15 minutes before we were seated, but they were super busy and had a lot of people waiting. Once we got to our chairs, we did sit and soak for a little while, but the nail techs arrived they were amazing! They chimed in on our conversations, they cracked jokes with us and they took their time. Every tool was fresh and pulled from a new and air tight sealed packaging. During my nail appointment, my sister was allowed to sit next to me and ask questions on how and why my nails were being done the way they were. The guy joked with us and was very informative! Wonderful place.

My experience there was amazing! The staff is so nice and the atmosphere was so cozy but yet it was refreshing to be in such a fancy place. I noticed that the owners kids were there and they were very adorable and fun to talk to. They made me feel like I was in a younger atmosphere than what you would normally think a nail salon would have. Although the children were young they had this maturity about them that was so sophisticated. And my nails came out beautifully, there was also quite a wait but that's only because their business is so good. 10 out of 10 I would go again and I can't wait to get my nails done again. Although I doubt I have to because your nail polish last so long and they handled my hands with such care.

I don't often write reviews although I know it is important. I feel like this time it is necessary. I had a pedicure today at DN Nails. I had an appointment and still I waited 30 minutes before I questioned how much longer. They put me in a chair and ran in water with no soap added. I sat for another 15 minutes before person came to do pedicure. All could have been forgotten had the service been good but the pedicure was terrible. I had to instruct person to clean around sides of nails and under nail. Very little time was spent on the cuticle part so I still have cuticles on my feet. Massage was just rubbing lotion on legs. Nail polish was applied rapidly and did not get into the corners. Then person wanted me to put sandals on immediately and move. (There were many open chairs.) I was concerned about polish smudging if I put shoes on right away. What should have been a relaxing experience made me angry and disappointed. I will never go there again.

Was my first time. Had excellent services. So going back to get my nails done.
