This place reminds me of a restaurant that people would do to on their lunch during work everyday.Food: 5/5

Their breakfast options are cheaper than anywhere else. Bacon is not burned. Scrambled eggs exactly how I asked and had food within 10 minutes. Their bathrooms are also clean. They are not as busy in the mornings before lunch hour.

First time stopping here. Picked up lunch. Big menu. Canadian & Chinese dishes. Very friendly staff, fast service, and the food tasted great. Very reasonable prices on everything.will definatly come back again.

A group of us have been searching for Regina best pan scrambler, today we tried Dizzys and may have found a top runner in the city, Excellent customer service, great value and good quality food. Will be ranking this place as the current best all around scrambler in Regina. Well, went back today as the pan scramblers were the best...unfortunately there must have been a new chef today, portion was way smaller, hashbrowns were undercooked, one scrambler had no bacon. Guess we need to continue to search for a consistent good pan scrambler. Went back based on owners comments and once again, the Best Pan Scramblers Regina has to offer. Along with good quality food, you will also get great value with good sized portions and top notch customer service.
