Story

DivineInk is Kitimat’s premier tattoo studio, located at 170 Nechako Center. It was started by Oliver Brown and Claire Rattee and they have been serving Northern BC since 2011 with clients from all over the North West coming to see them. With the opening of their new studio they are both tattooing alongside Akira and Shaylin. Combined they have an extensive knowledge of the industry and offer many various styles of tattooing and price range. They are the only health board licensed tattoo studio in Kitimat and offer various body modifications as well as clothing, jewelry and aftercare products. ATTENTION: We will not tattoo anyone under the age of 18, or pierce anyone under the age of 16 (18 for all genital piercings or extreme modifications) unless they have a parent in person to sign their waiver for them and they can produce Valid Gov. Issued Photo ID for both parties that have matching last names. We will not tattoo or pierce anyone under the age of 13 and we will not perform genital piercings on anyone under the age of 18 regardless of parental consent. In addition, due to safety and insurance concerns, we are unable to have children in the studio. In consideration of other clients, please make childcare arrangements before coming to the studio. Please also be advised that we only accept cash and major credit cards.

At DivineInk safety is paramount, we operate to health board standards and are health board approved. We use all sterile equipment including disposable tattoo & piercing needles as well as single use tattoo grips. We use a barrier shield on every surface that will be utilized during procedures. These are just a few of the many steps we take to keep you safe. Our tattoo and piercing aftercare is extensive and has been written by the artists at the shop so we have an excellent understanding of how you should care for your body modifications and walk you through every step as well as give you written instructions. If you ever have any questions please be sure to call us! We are professionals, we pride ourselves on that fact. We have all completed formal apprenticeships and received extended training as well and we want to help you in any way we can with the application and healing of your modifications.
