Derma Secret is so amazing! When I first came in Oksana was so nice and greeted me. I felt so comfortable and welcomed right away. Nancy the owner was also very lovely! She has such a positive bubbly attitude and it made me enjoy the time I spent in the med spa. My services with Nicole and Manuela were the best I have ever received. They are so knowledgeable about the different services and recommend great products that show a difference in my skin! I had THE BEST experience at Derma Secret ! I had some nerves when I first went in, really wondering how dermal filler would look on me. I showed Nancy a photo and asked tons of questions. She was knowledgeable, down to Earth and answered all of my questions honestly! It went better than I ever could have imagined My lips look AMAZING and I'll never be going anywhere else! I am so happy to have met Nurse Nancy from Derma Secret! She was incredibly patient and understanding when I came in thinking I needed an undereye filler. She kindly explained that my eyes were not the problem and that my real issue was the volume loss in my cheeks, which was giving me a tired look. After the cheek filler, I feel like I look years younger and my confidence has been restored. I am so grateful to Nancy for her expertise and kindness. I highly recommend Nurse Nancy and Derma Secret for anyone looking for great service and results.

I have appreciated the care and attention to detail from Nancy, through my treatment. She is honest and also does her best to be encouraging, supportive and ensure results that will make you feel good. I think it’s a vulnerable experience to have medical and cosmetic treatments done so it’s important to have this level of care. The aftercare support is also there. The clinic is clean and has a variety of services. The only thing I’d suggest for improvement is email responses / communications for coordination purposes.

I was originally referred to this medical spa by a good friend of mine that spoke very highly of the services and the staff. I was nervous at first but my experience so far has been very positive. Amazing service and atmosphere. Staff is very welcoming. Nancy the owner goes through everything she will be doing and suggest what you need but does not pressure you into doing anything you don't want. She is amazing love all the work she has done and will come back for sure.
