I have dealt will this company for over 20 years Relying on them for all my business & personnel taxes & I would recommend them to anyone from just a simple tax return to helping in re organization & corporate taxes

I won't be using them ever again. After using them last year (2007) I decided to use them again (I should've known better since they made a few costly mistakes last year). I gave them all my tax info and flew away on business for an extended period. They started working on my taxes and then at one point informed me via email (personal service at its best!) that they won't be doing my taxes after all (no explanation: just pick up your papers). After several phone calls with me pleading with them since I couldn't easily find another tax accountant while on another continent, they adamantly refused and simply told me to pick up my stuff. Didn't even recommend another accountant. The woman answering the phone also wouldn't let me talk to the owner or his son.
