Excellent and reliable company I highly recommend! My friends and I had Dwayne drive us around the lake for a few hours and we had a blast. Dwayne was a perfect driver who arrived on time, well-equipped with water bottles and ample knowledge of the lake. He was professional, respectful, and drove us around the boat safely. The boat was clean and spacious and everything went as well as we could have asked for. Can't wait for next time!
Nice rental, nice driver. But do NOT take their recommendations for where to go. The rotary park had some kind of ecoli warning we found later. We got splashed by water through underneath the kayak's intentional holes at the bottom and got horribly sick from sitting in ecoli water.
I organized a guided snowmobile tour for a group of 6 drivers and had an absolute blast. I'm pretty sure my Sister had one of the most memorable Birthdays here. Everything was supplied, helmets, jackets gloves, all the gear. The Staff is polite and well coordinated. Fun family trip. Highly recommended! Shout out to Jill for being very accommodating with us :
Great communication until things went wrong. We were limited in time but planned to go kayaking in the AM for three hours. Our drop off was 30 minutes late due to the driver going to the wrong location. Our limited time was cut short. We were easy going and accepting of the events and apology. Using a tandem kayak, two of our bathing suits were ruined with oil or some substance that was in the seats. It was evident the fluid came from the kayak as it was all over our skin and clothes after standing up from the rental equipment. I notified the driver when we dropped off the kayak, no apology was provided. I reached out to the woman I had been communicating with earlier in the day who stated “it is possible you picked it up somewhere else [...] it couldn’t have come off of our kayaks”.” Once again no apology for the damage. Disappointed in the service and inability to take accountability or sympathize.
It is such an exciting adventure of snowmobile of 2 hours. We drove in the Awenda park and most amazing part is on the frozen bay. We like it so much, and also the warm host of Diverse Rental is very impressive. I have recommended to my friends and shared the website.
Loved every bit of the snowmobiling tour. Dwayne was amazing. The ladies were so sweet and so fun to talk to. A huge thank you to everyone we talked to and met and to the gentlemen who were helping at the start of the tour. I have been looking for winter activities and I’m so glad I found Diverse Rentals. Amazing experience ! It was our first time snowmobiling and we will definitely be back! Dwayne and his team were warm and welcoming. It was comforting that they enforced the covid rules and kept all the equipment clean! The tour was a great! The snowmobiles are new and in great condition! No complaints. Cant wait to go again next year.
Jill and Dwayne are amazing. We rented boats and booked boat tours throughout the summer and had a great time. They were so accommodating, responsive and helpful every time. I would highly recommend this company. Dwayne is so knowledgeable on the area that the tours were great for all interests - watersports, swimming, history and lovely spots to anchor or tour.
Equipment is substandard Iights not working Table was broken and unusable Owner tried to support but was not satisfactory Lost 4 days of my 8 day rental.
We hired this company to take us out for a bachelorette, Dwayne was very professional and respectful to us! Would highly recommend
