The customer service there, SUCKS!!! I can NEVER RETURN there!!! The facial and massage were both GREAT though!!! The girl who did both, was very professional and kind!! However, upon my exit, I asked for a receipt because the massage is covered by my insurance and they told me I can only get the receipt from the credit card machine. I explained that in order to submit to my insurance, I would need a receipt detailing the services that I received. The young lady at the desk told me, "if you want, I can write something on a paper for you" very mockingly, if I might add. At this time, I was gaining stares from patrons and other employees there, so I left. Following this, I placed a call there to inquire about that receipt (and little do they know, I understand their language). The person who answered was obviously not in the mood to deal with my query, handed the phone over to someone else, who in turn, yelled at me "why didn't you ask for the receipt on the day when you did the massage and facial" I explained that I did and she hung up! I called back, she expressed that she was no longer hearing me, when I asked her whether she hung up on me and all she said was that she will need that credit card slip in order to write me a receipt. I AM NEVER GOING BACK THERE! I will; count this as my loss. But be warned, KARMA IS A B***H!! You hear me!!! A freaking B***H!!!!

I’ve been going to this nail salon since I was in high school... I don’t know what changed. Staff is VERY RUDE. The lady turned me down right away when I came in...if I needed an appointment they should have a sign saying “by appointment only”. Also no matter the wait I had time to wait, but no.. she said “ no appointment? Sorry we’re busy”. I had only stopped going here since a year ago because of bad service like this. I stopped going here because the service in Toronto compared to Ajax is much better no matter the distance.

Danny has returned to work at Diva Nails & Spa. Everybody wants nice nails, please come to the Diva !

The customer service at this location used to be good when Danny was there. The other staff are rude and make a habit of talking in their language in front of customers.

I used to frequent Diva Nails often however this weekend was by far the worst experience I have had. I gave 2 stars simply because the nail lady who did my moms nails was fantastic I wish I could say the same about (tony?) who did mine. I started off with a pedicure which was all of 15 minutes long it was extremely rushed and he was visibly annoyed by the fact that my feet are some what ticklish. After my pedicure I had a fill done and he still did not even mention a single word to me. Once it was done he told me to go dry my hands and left my to pick up all my things with WET FINGERNAILS until he saw I was struggling. Overall this was such a disappointing experience. I wont be back.
