It is the worst experience that I have ever in my life! I bought a diamond ring for +2k and the size was big, they told me we gonna send it back to factory and bring your size, I asked them should be same price and how long as I need it for the wedding party. They said it will be same price, and will take 2-3 weeks max. I booked the wedding party after 5 weeks which is in very safe area and the most shocking part happened, I didn't recived it on time max three weeks nor on my wedding party 5weeks I recieved it 6 weeks later! I missed the opportunity to wear it on my wedding party, and once I go there one day before my wedding to check on it, the manager called Emy she was unpolitly asked me why are you her! I told her I have my wedding party tomorrow and I need it she was like it usually takes 6-8 weeks! I showed her the recipt says max 3 week and she said it's not our problem and don't come if we don't call you! Anyway I was politely asking as I still don't have my ring. After one week they called, and I went to pick it up and I was happy that finally I have my ring then she Emy asked me to pay for engraving yes it was 30 bucks but still they told me it's free! And once I told her that the guy who sold it to me told me it's free, she said that guy working in another branch and not here so it's not my problem, if you don't want to pay I'll call the security, while I was talking to her try to describe the situation she told me you are lier and we never do it free! I asked her to check with the guy or check the CCTV she called the security! I ended up paying the engraving cost as it's nothing compared to ring's price but I don't know where to complain her as she is the manager!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought a gold chain and it broke 3 times! On the third time returning there, I asked for a refund. The manager Jocelyne refused. She ended up giving me a gift card in exchange for the broken chain. Then when I contacted the Lavigueur team for a full refund, they said they couldn’t give it to me because the manager, Jocelyne lied and told them I kept the chain. The cameras say otherwise.. After all that money, gas and energy spent, you can be sure that I will not be a returning costumer.

My fiancé went there to purchase an engagement ring I want a specific shape that was very significant for me and we spotted that Lavigueur was offering that shape and then we came back two months later after I said yes to have it resized. The two women who welcomed us where very cold one was on the phone chatting with a friend of her. The other one tried to get my finger size as fast as possible I didn't had time to feel it correctly and now it's still a bit too big and then they couldn't find us in their files because of a typo, which had them upset, hopefully we had the bill with us. Maybe my expectations were too high, I was expecting the person to at least congratulate us or be a little bit friendly. 2 stars and not 1 because the ring was ready a few days earlier than expected but again when we went the two women were very cold and tried to get rid of us as fast as possible. That did impact my experience a lot. We will not go with Lavigueur rings or diamonds for our wedding bands or any future upgrade.

Agressive sales staff repeatedly tried to make a sale off an exchanged. Trying once or twice is okay, but after the 6th time telling them not to exceed the amount of the original bill, you would think their staff was in dire need of remedial math courses.

They have lost our items, after requested to make a correction on a engravings fault, disappointed service
