The Discovery Passage SeaLife Society's (DPSS) mandate is to promote knowledge of the natural aquatic environments of Northern Vancouver Island, with the goal of enabling community members and visitors to participate knowledgeably in shaping a sustainable future for these regions.
Through establishment of the Aquarium and development of education projects, DPSS aims to enhance knowledge, appreciation, and stewardship of our natural resources and ecosystems.
