Be warned!!! I will never rent from them again for as long as I live. I rented a cargo-van for one day and returned it after hours. The following morning I received an e-mail with only the bill attached. They charged me $1000 for a chip in the windshield. I can assure you that the chip did not happen while I had the vehicle (I would have heard it!). The treated me like a liar and were extremely unsympathetic. I even took their $30 insurance which represented 30% of the total cost!!! You have to ask yourself is it worth the risk of renting from them. I changed my upcoming reservation to U-Haul. They already sound better. UPDATE 2017-12-15: This is still unresolved and Discount continues to show poor customer service. My credit card company has reversed the charges, but now Discount is trying to bully me by sending my bill to a collection agency. I am really disappointed that no one at Discount will show any compassion and admit that this could be something that everyone missed at the initial inspection! Instead, they are treating me like a liar and an incompetent person because I did not read all the fine print in the contract and inspect the vehicle with a fine-toothed comb,
