Use to be a great and fast place to go. I got there 15 minutes before they were closing, they shut their doors and only had drive thru open but there was a long line, I thought I made it, they took my order then when I got to the window they locked it up.. I was the last customer, no one was behind me, why take my order and shut it on me. So stupid, I'll definitely go elsewhere now. So engaging. The staff need to work on their customer service more. Also tipping in a drive thru is funny, tip for what? Haha
Store was really good when Micheal was handling. New manager Jason he should learn how to provide customer service. Had really bad experience with service. He was really rude and felt disrespectful. Never visiting store again. Owners should take some action on him. Lots of people i know are not happy with his service.
This place is great especially since they are open late and have a wide selection available through the drivethrough. The staff is friendly and prices are good.
I love the variety of beers they offer. You go in, pick what you want. Then fill up either a small bottle or bigger bottle through the tap, and off you go. The prices are really descent as well.
I had bought beers and when i had sip it tasted ugly so i checked the date and it was expired. I contacted morning manager and told her about this problem. She said she ll give me call. Till date i have not received any call. In between i went to store during night time and talked to guy name Jason, he was very rude and disrespectful. He is not happy with his own life and such person should not be working in customer service role. Guys please do check the date before buying beers from this store
