I was in a car accident my car was wrote off out of work the rental covered under the insurance.  They told me I could not get the rental without putting a 300 deposit down so i got the money together then when the rental was returned I was told within 10 business days I would get a cheque in the mail which didn't happen the whole experience with them was a lie and horrible I wouldn't recommend them to anyone

Calls on the Friday before a long weekend that there won't be a car for you on Monday even though you reserved 3 months ago! Nice!
