Didn't have the van that I booked. Gave me a truck at the same price but didn't offer anything for my gas. Truck was very dirty and clearly had been smoked in.

Unbelievable
I booked the truck a week ago and when I arrived to pick it up this morning they said that no truck was available

I got a rental following an accident - I specifically told them that I needed to be able to transport my cart - I was charged 100$ for cleaning fee in spite of the fact that there was no place to put cart except in back seat - this was explained to them prior to taking vehicle but they insisted on charging - this is not right at all - I have used car rental companies in the past and never received such shoddy treatment -  DO NOT RECOMMEND DISCOUNT AT ALL

Rented a panel van today. It was very new, clean and actually a joy to drive. The service was wonderful both at pick-up and drop-off. Highly recommended.
