Excellent service, this is the only place I rent vehicles. The trucks are always in good working order. I have never had a bad experience the numerous times I've rented. Very flexible, and fair on billing. I called in to extend my rental with no issue at all. Highly recommended.

Abhorrent service and business practices. We reserved a vehicle online for three days. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle at the designated time, there was no vehicle ready and no vehicle available. There was another family waiting in the same situation. We ended up rushing to Enterprise in New Minas and paying more for a rental at the last minute because of Discount's inability to honor their contract. A BBB complaint went unanswered by Discount. Will never give my business to Discount again.

horrible service ... if website says there is a truck available and you book it .. then get a call in the morning saying its not available ..what an inconvenience , i was also speaking to the manager and not once was anything offered for this inconvenience . i will now steer anyone to another company for better ,reliable services

Cube van rental 15/12/16 - Excellent service from the guys in the office. Very polite and helpful. Van was ready to go and minimal paperwork. Only pay for the fuel you use and a reasonable price for a 24 hour rental period.
