Reserved a truck to move with a month before our moving date.
Four days before our moving date I checked back on reservation. I was told they would check into it for me. I asked to be contacted later that day to confirm reservation.
No contact was made with me until two days later. At that time I was informed that no truck would be available to me because I only wanted it for one day.
This a very poor way to do business especially when the truck was reserved one month before our moving date. Then 48 hours before our moving date, we are hung out to dry because we needed truck for just one day.
This is a company that does not care about customer satisfaction. I would not trust this company's word ever again!
