Jen and Kelly go above and beyond to help with your car rental. Polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the company. Efficiently deals well with insurance claims. Gets you into a vehicle quickly and have the time to answer all your questions. Have rented a Jeep and Equinox, on two separated occasions. Vehicles were clean. Jen picked me up at work, gave a run through of the inside of the vehicle prior to me taking it. Also gave numbers to contact if anything happened ie road side assistance. Made renting a vehicle easy and stress free. Will definitely rent from Discount in Huntsville again.

Service was nice enough, but they failed to deliver the truck that we reserved online. Took a lot of hassle, haggling and arguing to get any vehicle for our move.

I've had an incredibly good experience with this agency. Top notch service. Excellent management. They go out of their way to right any wrongs (though they've been few in number). Can't recommend highly enough.
