Bill is very polite and professional. He did a good job in cleaning my kitchen and entrance hall way. Yes he does a good cleaning job but more than that, what I liked was the timely response back, patient answers for questions which I asked.
Very happy with the end result. Floors look brand new BC of how clean the grout is and the space looks larger too because of it. Was considering new tiles because there 23 years old but after the cleaning everything is new again. Professional grout cleaning is a must after witnessing the before and after. Thanks Bill!.
I used Dirt2Shine to have Bill clean my very dirty tile grout and hardwood floor. There was 10 years of dirt layered into the grout and I honestly did not know what to expect. Bill was very professional through the process, knowledgeable and extremely polite as well as provided advice on when he thought his work needed to fit into my schedule of all the contracted work I had .He was on time and on schedule and made the whole experience worth it. After he worked on my extremely dirty kitchen tiles, I could not even recognize it. The grout and tile was exceptionally clean beyond my expectations! He did an amazing job on my hardwood too. I'm really happy with Bill's work and would gladly refer him to anyone I know in a heartbeat! Did I mention that he is fairly priced as well?! :
