If you book through the hotel it's $55 per night for a room with 1x double bed, and $75 pn for 2x double beds. The rooms are very average and small. You can definitely tell it was built in the 1920s. It has everything you need, including a 19" TV and a somewhat creepy walk-in closet. Though I was impressed it has a mini fridge and microwave. The hotel is above a bar and there is no noise insulation. We could hear every word of every conversation, the pool balls clinking and the guy playing acoustic guitar. Rooms are non smoking but we could smell cigarettes wafting up from the bar. The owner(?) was very welcoming and friendly. His kindness + the price compensated for the lack of room quality, but I probably wouldn't stay here again if there are people hanging out in the bar.

We arrived and didn't know where the front entrance actually was. He showed us the room which was very basic and gave us extra pillows and blankets. Room was could but an portable radiating heater was provided. Had some difficulty getting hot water in the shower. Took about 5 minutes to get the water from anything that wasn't freezing. It is above a bar and there was a league night going on. We could here billards being hit, people laughing and talking. Luckily they left around 10:30. Dor $50 we have stayed at nice hotels with hot tubs and pools. This place is very old, and very thin walls. Maybe for $30/night we would stay here again but $50 feels like too much.

I stayed here three nights from Friday to Sunday. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Felt very welcoming upon arrival. Rooms were clean and had all the expected amenities including small fridge, microwave, TV, AC unit, and decent water pressure in the shower - although being on the second floor the water took a while to warm up occasionally. Rooms were $65 ($71 w/tax) and this was reflected in the size and age of the rooms. This is not the Ramada Inn but if you are OK with the price you will get what you pay for. I did find the walls a bit too thin (could hear conversations with my neighbor on Sunday night) and the karaoke session on Friday from 10-2 am required using earplugs. I'm not sure whether I'd stay here again or if I would pay $130 to stay in a larger room closer to the main highways. Overall the room was of the quality you would expect with such low prices. My rating reflects 4/5 for a hotel of this quality - not in relation to other hotels.
