Tonight the waitress said she was seating us "in Italy" next to the beautiful tapestry in my picture. This is one of my top 3 places to eat in Roseburg right behind my moms house or my brothers house. I have not had a dish that disappointed me. Although the caprese salad is a tad small the shellfish brodetto is our favorite starter but it's always hard to pick between that or one of the delicious Italian soups. Everyday has a special ravioli, Tonight was smoked salmon and it was great. The spaghetti bolognese is always outstanding and I am still working to get down my version at home. If you hear "Osso Buco" ad a special.... order it 100% it is a roast pork leg and the best dish I have eaten within douglas county hands down. I also found a surprise Tonight when I ordered an orange mango Italian soda, it was a great combo and served beautifully. Vegetarian options: There is always a vegetarian ravioli available as well as some other vegetarian options.
Fantastic dinner, service was superb. I highly recomend the clam chowder, as was the best I've ever eaten, no need for crackers, every spoonful stands on it own. Main meal was awesome. Desert was over the top with Lemon Raspberry cake, that is a slice of wonder that anything on earth can be that delicate, moist and delicious. Best money spend for valve, in a long time. My Hat is off Dino's well done, and thank you.
I usually do not do reviews, but I had to do one for here to advise people of my poor experience. I do not understand the high ratings. I went for the first time to this restaurant out on a date with my wife. With the high ratings, I figured we would have a nice and a romantic dinner with nice service and atmosphere. Well, I was not impressed and will not return. Reasons, I ordered a lasagna for $24 thinking it was going to be a good portion and prepared very well because I love my pasta. This was the price only for lasagna, no salad our anything else. The lasagna was a small portion prepared with oven ready noodles. It was not even real noodles. I ordered a beer, it came out in a glass and it was warm. My wife ordered a margarita and could not drink it because it was 90% tequila. It was like taking a shot of tequila. The service was poor and it was not busy at all. To expensive for the quality. This place is very disappointing. I believe in supporting mom and pops stores and restaurants but not like this. I would much rather go to Olive Garden, Johnny Carinos, or any where else but here.
I give Dino's 12 stars. The food and desserts were out of this world. The service was friendly and fantastic. The atmosphere was relaxed and homey. Lots of regulars dining.
Absolutely wonderful Italian restaurant! A classic old style feel. Very well informed staff. A variety of menu options available. Gluten free options available! Impressed with the wait staff that does everything! Hosting, busing, bartering, and serving! The food was extremely tasty and just delicious! Rebecca was our server and did an amazing job! Highly recommend if you are looking for authentic Italian food!
FABULOUS!! Savanna and the other server were able to provide quality service and the food was great even with alot of guests! Our first time here and when we go through here once again we will make sure we are able to eat here. Thanks to Becker Winery for suggesting we go there.Food: 5/5
We had a good experience with this restaurant. The food was good quality and wasn't over priced. We will probably go back and try other items on the menu. Our service was ok, the server was friendly. If you are in the mood for italian food in Roseburg, definitely give this place a try. It is located in a neat old building downtown Roseburg. The desserts were really good if you save room dessert, try one of them. Highly recommend the lemon cake and the chocolate cake.
I can't go more than two weeks without Dino's delightful food in my belly!! The specials are to die for. Better make sure you make a reservation, because you don't want to be turned away from this experience.Food: 5/5
My fiance and I enjoyed ourselves immensely at this fine little Italian restaurant. I had the veal scallopini and she had the shrimp scampi along with the lovely bottle of Chianti wine. Julia our server and host was excellent.
Wonderful experience, everything we’ve ordered was fresh and the service was lovely. Piano was being played and it felt special for our before-NYE-night.
