Fantastic breakfast spot! I ordered the breakfast poutine and it was absolutely delicious. Service was fast and friendly even though they were quite busy. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back and try more items!
Great little breakfast diner with sidewalk patio seating. Can recommend the Canadian Bacon & Tomato Confit Benny. Very large portions for price particularly the Vegetable Egg White Frittata was to much to eat. Service was friendly and coffee was refills was constant. Will be back!
Best place for brunch across the beach. Breakfast poutine, burger, waffles, french toasts or eggs Benedict, none will disappoint. And the service is excellent. No reservations so allow some wait time varies based on the day and hour when you arrive.
Let’s start this off. Service: immediately greeted at the door with big smiles and we were seated quickly. Joe waited on us, had our order down perfectly and was the best. Cannot say how much we enjoyed her company. Made us feel at home. Food: NEXT level! I had the Huevos rancheros and my wife had mascarpone French toast. A picture is a million words so go look at it. . So so so good. Fresh, high quality and obviously made with love. Cafe Latte and Mimosa was awesome!! Thank you, we WILL return!!!
First time in today and will be back over and over!! The service was incredible, great drinks and our breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in town. My wife had the Mascarpone French Toast and I had the Super Bowl.Recommended dishesPoutine, Chicken and Waffles, Stuffed French Toast, Cinnamon Bun, Breakfast Sandwich, Sour Dough Bread
The staff is always very friendly and the food is amazing! It is very aesthetically pleasing and the atmosphere is great for a fun casual brunch with your friends / family / or dates! Great location as well, highly recommended you check them out.
This place is fantastic, the breakfast poutine is the perfect dish, the baked oats also fantastic, the coffee was good. If you get a chance to go for breakfast or brunch do it.
My boyfriend and I went here for the first time for Monday Brunch. New vaccine passport mandate in effect was effortless and straight forward. We were seated right away and opted for outside as it was sunny. I had the chicken and waffles and hashbrowns and he had the rosti with chorizo, and a side pancake it was lots of food and so delicious. We had a great experience , lovely waitress. I probably wouldn't order the hashbrowns again, they were underwhelming, just deepfried potato cubes that wern't seasoned very well but everything else was divine ! We wern't waiting long for our food even though we ordered quite a bit, all of this plus 2 mimosas, and iced tea and an OJ came to $95 which was very reasonable.
Thank you Lexi and the staff at Diner Deluxe in Kelowna…you all work at such a high level, and your attention to detail and the customers experience is second to none. You really made our day!!! 5 Stars all day long!! Lexi is a real treasure… we are huge fans!!
The food here is outstanding. The menu had a lot of great options and every dish we got was delicious. They had a lot of healthy options which was nice to see, but they also had a lot of big greasy options if that’s your thing too. The prices were pretty standard for Kelowna, about $20 a dish. The only downside is that the patio is next to a busy road so it was a tad noisy.
