Dif Nail & Spa

I never had an issue with this place until recently. Been here about 5-7 times. I got a pedicure from here two months ago for a wedding. About 3 weeks later I removed the nail polish, and my nails were a bit yellow. I thought they were just discolored from the polish because it was on for about 3 weeks. Then recently (this is about 2 months after the pedicure) I noticed that my nails are still yellow, even more yellow than before. I showed my dad and he told me it was FUNGUS!! A simple google search for signs of fungus confirmed this. I have never had fungus on my toe nails in my life, which is why I didn't even recognize it when I initially removed my nail polish. I must have been in the nail polish on or on the tools itself, because the fungus is on at least 4 of my toes! This will be my last pedicure for a long time, and I will not be returning here.

Love it here! The ladies are friendly and their attention to detail is amazing. I have been here twice now and each time my shellac polish has lasted more than 2 weeks with no chipping. My nails look perfect!

Absolutely horrible customer service. The whole time I got my nails done they spoke in their language while staring at me and laughing. Extremely unprofessional. I did UV gel after Sophie convinced me to and then my shellac nail polish started peeling off due to bubbles under it that appeared the day after! I went to get it fixed and she said it's in my head and basically called me crazy. Unfortunately I have never been so disrespected. Sophie is awful and she really needs to change that behavior before scaring off all the customers!

Simply RUDE and unprofessional! I was sitting there with my 12 years old daughter to have her nails done. A very polite lady came in and politely ask them to glue her nails that they had done it a few hours ago. The way they responded to that polite simple request was simply horrible! The owner first rejected the request and after a while she took the glue box and poured the whole glue on the ladies fingers so that all her fingers were glued and she couldn't move them! We could not believe our eyes! I just took my daughter out of the store! I will never ever get service from this store even if it's free.
